Another big week of mileage from me, 60 miles this week.

Um, I've got...

Oh, I'm at the Shoreditch Half, the Saucony Shore- Shoreditch Half, if anybody's there at the weekend.

I'm doing that.

Uh, I did the 10K last year, but I've been invited back to do the half marathon, so I shall be there.

No, I'm not wearing Saucony shoes, and no, the, uh, I think I told you guys, if you're new around here, I said this a few weeks ago about the Saucony Endorphin Speed 6.

The, um, release here in Europe is later than in the US.

So the US is October something.

Uh, the embargo lifted today, and in, uh, Europe it's later they go on sale.

So just as a heads up.

I've got November in my mind, but I don't, I don't know whether that's correct.

But, um, yeah, there, there are a, um, few sort of, um, reviews out today on it because the embargo lifted.

But, uh, [laughs] it was funny, I was sent an email where to send me the shoe and that lot, and I went, "Yeah, but I'm over here in the UK." And went, "Oh yeah, sorry, Footy, this is for US reviewers only." So that's why I haven't got the shoe, 'cause they say the, the European agencies or whatever, they've not been given them yet.

So as soon as we get that, we'll, um, get that on the channel.

That's got the new, um, PBX foam in it, which is a slight change, uh, a marginal change in terms of what's on the old Speed shoes.

It's a sort of lighter, um, tuned up version of Poweron PB, Poweron PBX I think it's called.

Uh, but yeah, looking forward to getting that.

It's probably one of the OGs For, um, of the sort of super trainers.

And talking of super trainers, uh, I don't know, did anybody watch my video on Saturday? Um, I'm gonna show you two shoes today, and one of them is this.

Firstly, it's not the shoe, but I just wanted to show you them because look, look how good they look.

Guess where I'm taking these? Oh, by the way, if you're li- listening to this on a pod, I'm holding up a pair of shoes.

I'm actually holding up the New Balance Ellipse, but the New York City version.

Look at them.

So they're coming to New York.

I'm not running New York in these.
