I've heard you l- y- you know, talk about a couple of different things, and what's interesting to me is that the, the work that you do, right, it's about, it's about performance, and it's also about navigating change.

But you also talk about helping people find more joy and meaning in their work, and I'm curious when I listen to this, like, whether you see those as two separate goals or the same job.

Um, when you talk about joy, people somehow separate that in that they don't see it as applicable in the workplace.

Like, nobody wants to talk about that, okay? And oftentimes, they are not yet ready, and this idea of readiness is really critical.

They have to feel, um, um, connected to other people who have their backs, or they build the relationships that are necessary to success, okay? So you help me, I'll help you.

Once you start to have more mastery over your role and your function, then the joyfulness can begin to emerge.

Okay? So I, I do see it, it's together, but in the sequencing, y- you know, it's, it's really hard to feel joyful on the first day of work.
