So anyway, so, so that experience was, like, an amazing experience to me because it made me realize that I first had to seek first to understand, not just in words, but really to connect with people at a much deeper level so they could confide in me because, A, I was interested in them- B, I could show some empathy.

And C, maybe we could co-create a path together to take advantage of a change which could be seen as an opportunity for, you know, greater responsibility, ability to achieve KPIs, increased compensation, uh, better fit in the team.
