Ep 108: Why Is Everyone Talking About August 12?

Now, the big chat online is August 12th, and I hear a lot of talk about portals now.

As soon as people start talking about portals, and this day is a portal, and that day is a portal, I start questioning things.

I'm like, "Okay, what is actually happening? What is the practical, or I'm gonna say scientific side to it? Like, what is actually happening here, and why is this becoming such a big deal?" I don't know if I fall into the all of these events are automatically portals.

I think my belief with portals is a little bit tied to, like, ley lines, certain points around the world, not necessarily a specific day that's open to everyone, but that's based on my belief system right now.

Today, that could change.

Who knows, guys? [laughs] I am forever evolving.

But I think with all of this chat online, it made me wanna do a bit of a deeper dive, and I started looking at different aspects.

And when I started looking at all the different aspects that are happening, I thought, "You know what? We need to talk about this on the podcast." August 12th is kinda crazy.

Like, there's actually quite a few synchronistic, I will say, astronomical events that are happening at the same time.

Now, symbolically, I also find them very interesting, and just all of these events colliding on the same day, and we're gonna break down each of these today in this episode.

So we're gonna go through astronomy, astrology, ancient history, spirituality, and then our own interpretation of what the heck is actually happening today.

August 12th caught my attention.

Whenever there's a ton of hype around a specific day, I start to get curious.

Uh, people were talking about this day like it was some huge energetic event.

And normally, when I see things like that, my first thought is, "Okay, you know, what is actually happening? What are all the points that they're referencing, and what does this mean in my own life to- with my own energy, with my own events," right? It's one thing to look at it and say, "This is what's happening, and it's this huge energetic thing," but, you know, how, how could this impact me, and is it something that I need to visit and contemplate or sit with a little bit more? And I don't wanna come in here repeating something just because someone else made a really convincing Instagram Reel or TikTok.

And trust me, there are some really convincing Reels and TikToks out there.

I'm sure you guys have listened to them as well.

So I started doing my own digging and kinda figuring out what were all the events that were lining up.

There's a lot happening in the sky today, August 12th.

We have a total solar eclipse.

We have a new moon in Leo.

We have the Perseid meteor shower reaching its peak.

And in the morning, we also have six planets that will be appearing across the sky at the same time.

That's a lot of events.

Remember when we talked about Barbault's Basket? That was just planets, planets that were aligning, creating a basket.
