Thank you so much for coming, and thank you Bush for inviting us, and it's a great, uh, always a great thrill to come back here.

The, uh, subject we were thinking about what kind of subject, they were saying, "What kind of subject do you want to offer this time?" And, uh, I was thinking that the subject that is actually of immediate interest to everybody is immortality.

I mean, it should be.

If it isn't, we'll try to make it that way this weekend.

Uh, this is a, uh, a matter which 'Abdu'l-Bahá speaks, refers to in, in one of His talks when He's traveling in America.

It's degrading to the human soul to have a concept of annihilation at death.

It removes the motivation for, for everything.

And, uh, how important it is because He says immortality does exist, that we don't lose the opportunities that we have here to prepare ourselves.

You're all aware of how He likens the, this stage of existence to the womb of the... womb existence of the child.
