It genuinely has and it's given me a new lease of life because it's no secret I had lost a little bit of a growl for it over recent weeks and months with just cause too.

But it's the clubs, it's the people, it's the fighters, it's the people, the coaches, the parents that we've met.

There's been some big shows over the last couple of weeks but they'll come around two or three times a year.

The coaches often open these doors at four or five o'clock in the evening and they might not get home till 10, 11 o'clock at night.

So if you can support the clubs by following, even if it's only a follow on their social media, do that.

Give them a hey, congratulations, great stuff or support them or wish them well in their finals that are coming up whatever it is because there's just that much going on at the moment for juvenile boxing and for youth boxing at the moment and it's easy to get bogged down And there's been a lot of negative, really horrible, sad, tragic headlines over the last few weeks.

And it's easy to get bogged down and it's easy to convince yourself that all is awful in this country.

You don't have to look hard to find the good, the genuine, the really, really special, talented people who give everything they have and then some.

Just to make sure that the kids in the locality have somewhere to go, something to do, somewhere to occupy themselves.

A lot of them are there to improve their life, to improve their fitness, just to keep them on the straight and narrow end.

It's given me a special love to see them and see the bond and the connection between these coaches and the fighters and the people in those communities.

So thank you again to Jimmy and Kelly in St. Catharines and to Trish and to Molly and all the gang up there.

A big thanks to James, to Amanda and all the gang, little Blake and all the crew and Tiffany in Jobstown.

the big bios want to have an answer they want to have their word and they want to have some some uh they want to clear up some matter some shots fired that were in that previous episode so we're there and we've been in ballyhaunus with martin and sue peak as well and with tj and carla an incredible episode and i'm not going to say where the next ones are because sometimes it's just best kept secret While we're talking about the amateur scene in Ireland, we've got to give a big shout out and a mention to the incredible performance by the Irish under 19 European squad over the last couple of weeks.
