What I really want people to have is humor, which I would say is noticing the strange, odd, delightful absurdity in the world and in yourself, being willing to laugh at yourself, and then, um, connecting with other people.
You might just be the person who's constantly laughing and enjoying other people's jokes, or walking around and seeing the funny thing that a squirrel did and chuckling to yourself.
I think, um, having this life that is light and buoyant and filled with laughter is really what I'm going for when I say humor.
