I guess, Mac, can we spin it back to you? Like, what's the vibe been like at practice? How have the vibes been, you know, talking to Bill O'Brien or around the players? Kind of curious how that's been.

So I guess, like, the first thing that comes to mind is the vibes have been – good and bad i feel like overall good like there's nothing out of the there's nothing weird or new or bad that have anything to report on i feel like it's been pretty similar to the first couple years under bill o'brien where very professional nfl run training camp um the thing i've noticed this year which i guess fans should be probably happy about is that it's been a slower ramp up um so he's been really conscious about injuries obviously last year so many injuries that just wiped out the entire season um you know the only one of note so far of course was chud chudzinski which was a huge loss for the roster of course the tight end breakout star from last year um but so far there's been no like really physical season-ending injuries um the only injury of note was max tucker who had that concussion but it doesn't seem to be a season-ending situation uh the biggest takeaway i think you got to look at the quarterbacks everyone's thinking well we went from a pretty decent quarterback room thinking going into last season right we have a completely new quarterback room this year got mason mckenzie grayson wilson and then femi babalola and The biggest takeaway for me is Mason.

They're pretty much focused on the running game, which is what Bill said after the practice.

We're seeing little by little as we go and that's good for injury, but the counter narrative to that would be, this is a completely new roster and we're getting to the point where we've got to really start ramping it up.

And we're starting to see that we just, I just still haven't seen that part yet.

You know, I think in the next week or two, I'm going to have a lot more to report on.

So it's happy for us to kind of get on these, uh, more frequently because i think we're starting to get to that point where we're starting to ramp up and see a little bit more um from the players and from what bill's trying to do

yeah i mean we're two weeks from saturday away from playing a power four opponent on the road like

i like to hear that we're not really doing much yet outside of i mean now i'll ask you this do you think it was a lot of run the ball type vanilla offense because that's what their identity is going to be this year or because they don't feel like they've developed enough in a passing game with mason mckenzie one way or the other there

I think a little bit of both I think they're gonna have to definitely focus on the running game I think for it seems to me based on what I've seen that the strategy probably looks something like round pound game kind of kind of wear down the clock that's like your best strategy probably winning a lot of these games so you got to establish that run and then maybe that allows Mason kind of open the field if he if they're able to eventually get to developing that kind of play action game and him trying to get down to the field.

Have they been able to find someone consistent to throw downfield to? You know, we don't have Reed Harris anymore,
right? Your

most experienced, you know, player is someone that's been injured the last couple of years on the ski, right? So that's like, I think the biggest question mark offensively would be, okay, what's the passing game? How does that look like?
