Belmont reactions + Boumtje-Boumtje brilliance + Rotation outlook

Well, yeah, fresh off the game, the Belmont game.

Boom, Jay.

Boom, Jay.

His stock just went way up in my mind.

I seem to recall that you said you didn't think he was going to start at a point in time.

Right.

Well, make a liar out of me because he looked great tonight, and Dame looked like he was taking a solid step forward, maybe two.

Still struggles with layups a little bit, but...

He's improved his shot and he looked really solid at the free throw line.

The starting five was solid.

Caleb may have been there if he weren't injured.

But it's already starting to shake out in my mind, you know, who the top eight rotational pieces might be.

Of course, we haven't seen Charnowski yet either.

So that's still TBD.

But, you know, the top rotational pieces look good.

And then the second five looked a little shaky tonight.

You know, I hope they weren't playing down to the competition, but definitely some shaky moments out there.

I think it a little bit of his jitters, right? Like some of those guys are just 18 years old.

This is their first like game and Cameron really cuz countdown.

I don't really count that.

Josh Harrison was like the greatest player of all time at countdown.

Christian Reeves is really good.

Apparently Max may or not too bad of a countdown player himself.

But I think when you talk about Deron Rippey, Cameron Williams, Bryson Howard in particular, maybe some of their struggles had to do with the fact that it was the first game.

They're 18.
