#230: Literary Masterpieces That Actually Suck

until we die uh so speaking of dying i have been putting words to the page slowly slowly almost like i'm dying but i have been putting them and then i've seen some things and done some things and there's things and the things being thinged and then uh i'm almost done with the first chapter of a novella

yeah

So that's promising.

A novella I started last year around this

time.

I put it on hiatus for a while and did other projects that I don't even think came to fruition and then I'm back to it.

But at least it's writing.

It is some kind of progress.

Hopefully an achievement is done.

It's one of those things like I feel like I might not be able to get published just because of my personal skin tone might not fit this.

Like, I feel like it's one of those things.

How am I going to find a. It's an all black guy story, basically.

I've read some excerpts from it.

And I don't have a white person in the whole story.

I'm not going to have a white person in the whole story, though.

I don't specifically call anybody black or white.

really like i don't have that as any kind of focal point but you kind of get the gist

of it just by the scene and how people act and stuff

but i just feel like when i shop that around if they look at my like my headshot or if they just look at my social media like oh that guy's a honky we can't publish that and it's gonna be upsetting because i think it's gonna be a really good story he's super white
