The first one is an 1898 Gothic horror novella called The Turn of the Screw by Henry James.

Have you ever heard of it or him?

I, I am pretty sure I've heard the title of that book or novella, but I've never read it.

I do- I have no idea what it's about.

Even if you don't know this specific novella, I think the plot is gonna feel familiar.

So The Turn of the Screw is a Gothic horror and ghost story set in Victorian England, and it's about a woman who takes a job as a governess in a countryside manor where she is to care for the niece and nephew of a wealthy man who found himself their sole guardian through a bunch of tragic events.

It's very Gothic, and it's very sad and eerie and ghostly.

Tiene momentos de mucho terror y hay un episodio que me encanta, donde un jump scare que vimos en una parte de, de la serie, en este episodio lo vemos otra vez, pero en blanco y negro y desde la perspectiva del fantasma.
