Jim FarleyHostWhen I was younger, my entire identity was actor, actor, actor, you know, and that was a really painful way to live, and kind of a foolish way to live, because when something went good, I was the king of the universe, and when something went bad, I was completely worthless.
And I realized, thankfully, thank God, many years ago, that that should not be my identity, nor where I put my focus.
And so now my success is based on who I am as a human being, who I am as a father and as a partner, and who I am as a friend.
And my work is something that I love to do, but it is not my identity, and it is not how I measure myself.
