I'm going to do a podcast about a podcast about a podcast. Podcast art by Joey Rizk

Uh, I think the, the pinnacle of it is, uh, we had some banh mi for dinner, and I found myself measuring the bread because it gives, hey, uh, cal- this is a serving size.

So I'm like, "Well, what the fuck is a q- " So I measured, found the halfway point, figured it out, did some calculations, um, and that's just, that's just, you know, not something I would've been doing, uh, a while ago.

Um, I'm not, I'm not loving doing it, but it's also not as much of a pain in the ass as I thought it would, would be.

There are certain things where if I put them in, like [laughs] this, this seems like it's a recipe for a bad ... for, for a disaster, but I think so far it's been, it's been fine.

The other night Liz made delicious homemade pesto, basil from the, from the garden, which is a plastic tote bag, t- ugh, plastic tote that is on our balcony.

Made some delicious pesto, had some pasta and some pesto spaghetti and some, and some salad.

I just logged the spaghetti because for one, I have no godly idea how I would figure out how much of ...

Even if I knew, even if I went in and said, "Okay, the total calories for the pesto.

There was this much basil, there was this much, uh, cashews," 'cause we're not fucking buying pine nuts.

Even if I got the total, the net calories, I, I'm not doing a surface area calculation of, okay, one strand of spaghetti has fucking this much surface area, so if it, if the, if I calculate the overall, the volume and the surface area and how much coating it ...

I'm, I'm going pretty under, and I'm not, I'm not having like a ton of cream sauces.
