CEGEP

He's going to lead the charge on this stuff.

This guy looks like a CEGEP student, but he's going to turn 50 in February.

He's not a kid.

But the problem is he's got no real world experience.

And what he wrote was so ludicrous.

It sounded like a rant from a first-year CEGEP student.

And he quotes this movie about Quebec being treated that way.

And he goes on, simply because...

But here's the thing in terms of the politics of it.

This is the deal.

When you're in trouble, in other words, when you're flailing, when you've looked like a CEGEP student ranting and all you've communicated is, no, you're not about to form a government of Quebec to run the province in the public interest.

You're here about breaking up Canada and looking for a fight at every turn.

mean? Yeah.

And it's funny, the timing, these little, like, chapters in my life, but do you know what Cégep is in Quebec?

No.

So after high school, high school or high school, and it goes to grade 11, and then there's Cégep, which is either a two- or three-year program, depending on what you take, like a baccalaureate type thing.

Yeah, uh-huh.

Then you go to university.

His sister was young.

So she was, we have CEGEP here, which is like a college.

So she was in college.

And then he tells me, and that's very important story.

And that was followed by the first big oil crisis, the OPEC oil embargo, led by Saudi Arabia in the fall of 1973.

I had just gone into CEGEP at that point, living in Quebec.

And on the heels of that, there was a response, a tangible response in Canada with the construction of the ARC on PEI, which was by the New Alchemy Institute with the support of the federal government, as they described it as a bio-shelter kind of effort to make self-sufficient, energy-efficient solar energy.

and food secure kind of shelter on PEI.
