And what they'll do is they'll take the, the power that they have been granted through their office and assign it to some little group, some bureau- some little bureaucrat in a, in a cubicle.
And unfortunately, why- whereas the power to regulate, uh, p- Utilities like NIPSCO is in the hands of the, the, the government.
So the politicians can come to you at, at election time and say, "Well, I have nothing to do with that.
So unfortunately, we're seeing a lot of that, not just with NIPSCO, but with other areas as well.
