Dial H for HeroClix - 589 Watchlist changes and Batman team up Super rae/Chases set review

Let's [laughs] let's get into probably the biggest thing is gonna be the tournament changes.

Ironically, what got me the most excited from this was not any of the actual changes necessarily, but I'll read it, and you guys will kinda see.

So WizKids made an article last week.

They had general tournament changes, errata, watchlist updates.

Big thing right away, uh, this is by Pat Frazier, and it's about extending modern.

So WizKids, he's, he's saying this kind of from Pat's perspective here.

WizKids has given me the go-ahead to announce a major update.

Rotation is being extended by an extra year for most pieces.

This marks one of the most impactful changes to modern HeroClix since the shift to map size.

Let's break down what this means for everybody who loves HeroClix.

Number one, already, Bill, how do you feel about rotation lasting another year? If we run the-

I think it's great

... straight against three worlds.

I love it.

I think, I, I think it's great.

Yeah.

And as somebody who likes both Marvel and DC, I do love that we don't get as many DC sets.

Like, a lot of time you're like, "Oh, they just rotated.

There's only one DC set that's legal.

I wanna make this team," whatever, and you can't, right? Because it's, there's just not enough figures available.

So I think just if you like DC, I think that's great, but also it just makes your figures...

Like, if, let's say you wanna buy a figure.

You wanna go on eBay, and you're like, "I wanna buy X figure.

I think it's really cool." Knowing you're gonna get an extra year to play with it makes me feel like spending that money is just better than worrying about how quickly it'll rotate.

Absolutely.
