It is the latest example of President Trump’s use of executive measures and legal maneuvers to clamp down on dissent. • **Christa Pike**, who **survived two doses of a lethal injection drug** during a botched execution in Tennessee, is conscious and speaking. The prognosis remains unclear, they said, but lawyers expect a long recovery.
