On this afternoon, Jeremy Turley has agreed to assist me in knocking on a few doors in Bismarck and hopefully to ask some questions about the Shelly Julson case.
Shelly's friends told investigators in 1994 that she suspected Jenny might be the person responsible for some of the harassing phone calls to her home.
Shelly's car had also been keyed, and someone had followed her home from Burnt Creek Club a couple of times.
Shelly told them once that there'd been a car driving through her trailer court with a woman yelling out the window something like, "'Leave him alone!' And Wes Gilson told me that Shelley had gotten a couple of flat tires once, both on the same side of the car.
He couldn't prove that someone had vandalized the car, of course, but in hindsight, he certainly wonders if that might not have been the case.
