You know, it's interesting because, you know, Ernie mentioned the 90-day plan, and I was thinking, you know, is really, do we have 90 days these days to really understand things? We've got to move quick.

I think there's pace of business, the pace of technology change, everything that's going on with AI.

I think that kind of constructed the 90-day plans probably out the window.

You've probably got less than that.

So by nature, I like to move quick.

90 days is a good baseline.

That's how I look at it.

But I had a roadmap built one, three, five years now.

Three and five years is dynamic, obviously.

But at least for the next year, I had it built in the first two weeks.

This is because of AI, right? It's been great at giving me information and processing the information for me at an extremely rapid pace.

I couldn't have dreamt about it like... five years ago, especially with how well connected it is right now to your tenant, to the information you already have on hand.

So, yeah, absolutely.

That's almost your planning.

That's almost equivalent to a one-year plan, right? That's almost your planning horizon because, you know, think about how much changes in 90 days, in the last 90 days.

It's crazy.

There's still the people component, right? You still got to sit back and you got to watch what people are doing and you just can't come in with a flamethrower.
