So let's get into it first of all we always start with kind of like a vibe check a curriculum that we're working towards personally what is something that you've been loving leaning into recently maggie

to be honest in the past when we have done this i feel like we have been more like productive queens or like we want to learn something queens but as we were saying just before the record i feel like it's it's giving we are focusing on mindfulness mental health i feel like i don't know why i feel like the start of spring doesn't typically signal this but you know anxiety and stress has been high so i'm going back to do i say basic i guess kind of basics implementing some mindfulness um routines into my day one thing i really like doing um was a session of forest therapy have you ever heard of this no it sounds amazing Yeah.

So I think some people might hear that and be like, oh my God, what Gen Z has like coined this thing now? But this is a legitimate practice.

I'm going to butcher the definition, but essentially it is kind of what it sounds like.

They've actually been running this for so many years and they run it on like Sunday mornings.

I feel like we did a few things like... walking through the park and being guided through almost getting prompts about, like, what do you see? What do you wonder? Like, what does this remind you of? Focusing on your senses and also building a connection to the nature around us.

So, like, we got to essentially meet a tree and, like, you kind of, like, had a conversation with the tree.

And I feel like what was great about this was because some people might hear this and be like, oh, but you can just do that for free in your own time.

But in this paid activity, I feel like I learned strategies about how to like use this in practice because obviously everyone knows the benefit of walking in nature and feeling good, but it was nice to have more guidance through it.
