Ross BordenHostSo my whole thing with content is I wanted to make travel as accessible as possible, right? Like I don't think, you know, you have like the people going out and be like, I quit my job and I'm traveling the world or I sold everything and that's sick and that's awesome.
And so I wanted to create content that would help the everyday person who has a job like me to be like to see a video online and think like, oh, that's so cool.
So weekend maxing is just kind of like for people who have a full time job, limited PTO to be like, I want to go do an insane bucket list adventure, but I don't have too much time off.
I'm going to take a day off and I'm going to go to Guatemala and I'm a hike a volcano and come back on Monday.

And I love that you also say instead of doom scrolling, because it's not just work.

It's not just the fact that everyone's like burned out working too much of their job, but they kind of like a lot of people I've found are like, I could never do that.

So I love that you're like, This is an epic trip you could take instead of doom scrolling this weekend.
So, and that's the thing, like there's some, like a lot of my content, a lot of like in the travel space in general, it's just like, look at this really cool place.
And people online, including myself, we're going to see them be like, wow, that looks sick.
But then they just keep scrolling and then you just get caught up in the algorithm and sucked into it.
When in reality, you know, you could do it if you have a few hundred dollars and a day of PTO, you could go this weekend, dude.
So that's been my thing is I didn't grow up traveling a whole lot and it just didn't seem accessible to me.
