Journaling is a way for me to reflect on... and to take some time out a day to journal.
Sometimes you're just too busy to do it.
But I try to keep a daily journal.
I do have like those free, like a pager day sort of journals.
But yeah, it really, I've tried to incorporate it in my routine a bit more.
So I try to make it, not make it, but try to um uh try to do it like um in the morning or in in the evening um but if i miss a day it doesn't it doesn't really matter for me i'm i'm okay i'm okay with blank pages it's fine it just shows that i was busy that day

journal I'm more like, I guess I would try to do it as a weekly thing.
So maybe at the weekend on a Sunday, I might be like, I'm going to sit down and have a look.
