Omos | Complex Graps Wrestling Podcast | Episode 22

But anyway, that being said, let's get into some wrestling, speak some wrestling talk.

First off, we want to mention, I felt even

though I'd

hate to get

off

this, our first show back after a couple of weeks on such a down note, but he was someone that was so important in the world of professional in the community of professional wrestling that I really think that he deserves to be acknowledged for um the butcher andy williams unfortunately passed away over the weekend as many of you listening if you are a wrestling fan if you don't

know who andy williams was he was a uh he was a

he was a musician that actually transitioned into being a professional wrestler, became

part of a tag team called the butcher and the

blade who actually, Tim, I don't know how familiar you are with them, with them as I was, but I thought they were a really great tag team.

Their look was just.

No, in the

beginning when, when, yeah, no, they were great, man.

That, that was like the prime years, man.

And I already was a good, I never met him personally, but I heard he was a really good guy.

Good with the fans.

You know, he did indie shows too.

So he was always, you know, showing love, man.

It's just unfortunate.

Whenever you see a wrestler, just you know they're not here anymore you know what i mean and it shows you that like the

wrestling

yeah like they're really putting their lives on the line man so like shout out to all the wrestlers that do that just to entertain us the fans you know what i mean so r.i.p man it's sad

it's really sad as someone to go see someone to go so young in their

uh in their lives and have so much more to offer the world of wrestling as tim mentioned

uh andy was beloved by universally the entire world of wrestling and fans and fellow wrestlers alike there was literally nobody that had a harsh word to ever say about andy williams from all accounts
