Masters of the Universe & Scary Movie 6 Reviews (Episode 8x23)

Matt, we were talking, we just got done, and we're going to talk kind of a little bit more about the new Spider-Man series, Spider-Noir, now that we've all had a chance to kind of finish up that series.

But we got another noir take on a hero before we got this show, and we're about to get another installment of that.

Man, it's a good time to be a noir fan.

This is fantastic.

We finally, we knew that Batman Caped Crusader season two was coming, but we did not have any kind of like real info.

We got our first look at four of the villains on the roster.

I'm already in for this show's version of Matt Hatter.

This already looks great.

Addie's tea party set up in the first image and we are getting a swap there.

And then if anyone followed the first season, obviously we also got that with Penguin and that turned out to be

fantastic

so i'm i'm very excited for this we also got our first very shadowy look at joker um who's just staring very creepily at someone in the background i love

that like people online think that the joker is the guy in the middle is the guy

in the front

like even i caught that well i guess i know the joke but still like and i have never watched the show like come on

uh we also got riddler uh and then we got what i thought honestly at first was firefly and then i read the thing about oh it's scarecrow uh so this will be the second kind of brand new version of scarecrow that we've had uh thanks to the absolute books we got another recent iteration of scarecrow so i'm excited to see what they do with this character right it looks i mean it could be a firefly image yeah i

thought it was firefly and i thought they had it wrong i was like you guys don't know what you're talking about but

They

did.

So, yeah, it looks great.

I loved the first season.

I thought they captured that balance of kind of that obvious homage to Batman the Animated Series, but giving it a little bit of its own spin.

And I really like the twist on the villains.

So I'm glad that that's what they're leading with

here.
