This week's WorldSkills, right? On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday in the RDS, there's 30,000 young people going to go through the RDS.
And last year, I have to say, I never saw so many young women asking about engineering, but also coming up and just saying, I say, I want to talk to you about an electrical apprenticeship and the maths is really important.
And the issue, how do I still need that? Very specific questions.
Really, really interesting.
If you had a message, if I can take a message from you to young women and young men that I meet this week, how did you get onto it? How did you get onto your job?
I went back to college as a mutual student and studying health and safety part-time.
He was right, so I went back part-time as a mature student, and yeah, don't look back since.

They have very strong construction.
Yes.
Yeah, kind of family of courses.
Yeah.
And we've a really good relationship with them in building new apprenticeships as well.
