And you would still see people... taking them out of stores but then you could address it and say do you know what the label really means like because we just had a talk this morning on this you know we'd have a huddle do you guys do huddles yeah we do yeah yeah how does that work

uh every morning at nine o'clock so we do a t4 meeting in our permit office so it's every supervisor from each contractor comes in we talk about what's going on throughout the day how many deliveries are coming in what their plans are who's working in what field what their plan is really and we do a couple of days in advance as well so everyone has a clear communication line to know what's

We're trying to do things right because we want you to go home tonight.

It's all about culture and it's all about setting your standards from the very beginning.

So as soon as anybody comes into sight, they get an in-face induction with myself first morning that they start.

And I do my best to drive the message home, cover all the most important topics, you know, make sure they wear their PPE, they're checking their machines, they're following the site rules because they're all there for a reason.

They're all there to keep them safe.

And all we want to do is come in, do our job and go home safely.
