So there's an Irish team on the road to Shanghai for the Skills Olympics, which take place this weekend.

So following months of training and preparation, 16 young Irish competitors are on their way to represent Ireland at WorldSkills Shanghai.

There's 1,400 competitors from over 70 countries.

So the course content is of a really high level of knowledge.

Projects wise, we work with Festo Automation and we complete something called WorldSkills Automation.

So the learners will actually learn how to use the boards and then go on and actually compete.

And the good thing about that is they're actually in year 12, but they're competing against second and third year university learners.
