Bears vs Pats Week 7 Preview

Thursday night, football prime time.

Soldier Field on the lakefront.

Sam...

The Green Bay game on Christmas was probably the game I circled the most on the calendar when the schedule was released.

But I think this one's a close second.

I'm really looking forward to this game on Thursday night and should be decent weather.

And I'm really, really pumped for this game.

I agree, Joe.

It's the battle of the QB class here, right? It's our guy, Caleb, versus the number three, Drake May.

And Caleb's going to show why May went two slots behind him and why Jaden Daniels went behind him.

That's really my thought going into this game.

This game is personal for us.

We want to take down New England and Vrabel.

This is kind of a tale of two New England teams to start the year.

The first three games, Drake May had one TD and six interceptions through the first three games.

And then the last three, Drake May has 10 touchdowns and one interception.

So he really started slow, maybe a Super Bowl hangover.

And he went up against, you know, maybe his kryptonite, and that's Mike McDonald in the Seahawks defense week one.

They really bottled him up.

Drake May is a quarterback who really struggles more against zone rather than man.

This dude eats man coverage alive, Joe.

And that's really, I think, the reason for Drake May turning it around the last three games is when he went up against that Vegas Raiders team.

That's a heavy man team, and Drake May absolutely picked them apart.

So going into Thursday, it looks like Drake May's confidence has skyrocketed back to the surface, and he's playing, you know, You know, back to Drake May football.

So it's going to be an awesome, you know, Thursday night slugfest.
