You strike me as a disciplined person and, uh, at times probably a pretty methodical person.

Are there habits or what habits would you, would you point to that say have produced big results throughout your career?

Um, I prioritize sleep, exercise, working out, getting sunlight, social connections.

I wake up, first thing that I do, I go outside, I'll do 100 jumps in my grass, do a little bit of grounding, get some sunlight.

I drink electrolytes in the morning, meditate for 10 minutes, then go to the gym.

Um, except for last night, I do a majority of the time, do a really good job of putting my phone in another room, uh, getting good sleep.

And I think at the end of the day, like those five things, sunlight, sleep, exercise, diet, social connections.
