90. St. Louis Podcast (ft. Devin Thomas O'Shea)

Well, I mean, all the water is like poisoned by like...

Is it poisoned just by Monsanto or does Anheuser-Busch also poison the water?

I mean, when you guys were going, I had always heard that there was like, Anheuser-Busch actually made the St. Louis area water really good, like invested in a treatment plant.

Is that propaganda?

It has to be.

I think they did it.

I think St. Louis has really clean drinking water just because they pushed the responsibility onto public utilities or whatever.

Yeah,

I mean, to be clear, when I say it's propaganda, I don't mean it's not true.

Uh-huh.

Yeah.

Okay.

Oh, sorry.

It's just sort of, yeah, it's information.

Yeah.

Just raw.

And it might have an agenda attached to it.

That's what we're trying to flag here.

Oh, yeah.

And for the folks at home, what is Coldwater Creek? Is that like an ice cream chain? Yeah.

Is it like an

amusement park? Is it something cool and fun? Or is it horribly depressing?

I think, Devin, you wrote about this, right?

Yeah, there were a bunch of the Veiled Prophet guys in the mid-century.
