I know there's a lot of women listening right now who feel like they kind of are already behind.

I would say that that feeling of being behind is very natural during this time when AI is so hyped and it's just shoved down everybody's throats.

Naturally, everybody's going to be like, wait, there's this whiplash here because the world without AI only existed... what three to five years ago it's natural to have that transition period where you are like how do i reconcile this which is like my inputs is equal to my outputs there's nobody in the middle to kind of help me with the input to output process like how do you reconcile that world that was very manual with the one now where like ai can do so many things that you can't even imagine Every day I am just stunned by how people are using AI to improve their lives and stunned not just because like, wow, this is so novel and this is so cool and high tech, but just like, my gosh, like these are workflows in my life that I just always assumed I would have to do myself.

And I was like, wait, how did I not think of that? I How have I not thought of bringing AI into planning out meals for me or planning my outfits for certain events? I haven't thought of that.

And it's just that adjustment period again of like being like, oh, how do I go from this old world wherever I was doing everything on my own to being like, wait, AI can actually help me with that.

I also feel a little bit like when people say this, I'm like, are you really that behind, though? Because indeed, as you're saying, AI can do wonderful things.

Do you have any tips on really how to get started, though? And I'm specifically thinking everyone listening will have either a chat or a cloud subscription and probably using it as a search engine in a chat function, which is cool.
