How do you hope that playbook looks like? I
39:35
hope... brands don't shy away from having these tough conversations.
39:40
And I don't think I've seen that from Oakney Eye.
39:43
Continuing to use these events as a place where that two-sided feedback communication can happen.
39:50
These events are not just for the brand to be like, okay, creators, here's what you need to know and here's what you need to tell your audience and go run off and go spread that message.
39:58
Brand has to listen to the creator as well to get their insight on what's happening in their communities because we as creators, I'd like to think of us as boots on the ground journalism in a way.
40:12
or providing the space for that conversation to flow back and forth and in real time is why we go to these events at the end of the day.

14 MINS LATER

Now that you've gone through this roller coaster the last few weeks and you've come to a place of clarity, what's something you've really learned about yourself? Hmm.
7:39
But what should we be doing after we've kind of gotten a hold on that?
7:42
Yeah, using it as a chat function is a great entry point.
7:45
But I encourage people to just use Google for that because I think you are consuming tokens on things that could be answered with a much simpler tool.
7:54
The power of AI is in doing things for you.
7:57
And one or two years ago was when the term agentic AI really burst onto the scene and basically is using AI to actually do things and automate things in your life, not just give you answers.
8:06
And I would much rather people use their tokens on that.
8:09
And especially with Claude having released Cowork very recently, that's when I really started to see the possibilities of what people can do, not just know, right? Because knowledge is one thing, but what do you actually do with it? That unlock is the big part of AI.
10:23
If you're just going to put in a bunch of text and be like, rewrite this email for me, it's not going to be great, right? So can you explain a little bit more how an LLM works? Why system thinking is so important? How we should get better at prompt engineering? What is going on beyond this that actually is going to help us be better than just rewrite this email?
