And even if we are eating like, you know, conventional fruits and veggies from the produce, you know, at our regular grocery stores, many of those are laden with, you know, pesticides, herbicides that are creating a leaking gut syndrome or phenomenon that is shunting the absorption too.

Or we might be drinking enough, like people might be drinking so much, but it's not getting into the cell.

like they're they think they're drinking like they think coffee or juice yeah or like part of the hydration that they're doing but when we talk about hydration we want to talk about like clean water right not just those coffee because a lot i know a lot of people would come to you and say oh i drink coffee and juice and all these aren't aren't those like hydrating enough.

You have to have water as part of the, the, you know, recipe to make it, but it's also a diuretic.

So it kind of makes us, you know, pass our, our like, like basically our electrolytes out and electrolytes are what we need to be able to open up the cell to get the water into the cell.
