Business Under Fire | 90% Of Success Is Showing Up

Has the immigration stuff messed with any of the

subcontractors? It's bad.

It's real bad.

They're profiling the subcontractors.

They look for the work trucks that have got the pipe rack on it or the concrete guys with the form boards and stuff, and they pull them over bad.

And it's a tough situation.

It's tough because, you know, they're not here legally.

They broke the law, you know, technically, but we won't get into politics.

But the president at the time said, hey, we're going after the rapist and the bad guys.

And yet these ICE guys are sitting outside construction neighborhoods, the framers and the irrigation crews.

And these guys are, you know.

And I kind of, I try not to get on Facebook too much because I got a little bit of a mouth on me and I'm just like, you know, people love to support it.

That's great.

Hey, go for it.

But they don't, I don't think they realize like how much of the backbone of America of construction is based on your framers, your concrete guys, your painters, like.

And those guys aren't getting paid cheap.

Like they're making average wages.

The legal guys are making normal wages, but they're doing the jobs that nobody else is going to go

do.

So it's a really tough area.

It is.

I wouldn't know how to solve it and I would never want to be president anyway.

They, you know, they...

They say all kinds of things and make all kinds of promises on both sides and none of them are – it should be promises made, promises not kept.

Yeah.
