So are the pools, how have the pools been for you? Are you enjoying doing those more? Cause they're, they take three months or how long does a pool take for you guys to build typically?

I love doing the pools.

It's still like, you know, a hobby to me.

I don't have to do it.

I just enjoy doing it.

So that's, I think what makes it nice right now.

It's not like, oh shoot, I need to go sell some pools to pay my bills.

We could start with another one, but it's a tough one, too.
