So I'm, like, from outside of San Antonio, a little town called, uh, Bulverde.

It's right next...

It's between, uh, New Braunfels and San Antonio.

So today, we're unpacking exactly why that is and looking at this really incredible lineup of communities.

We've got Burney, Canyon Lake, Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Marble Falls, Spring Branch, Bulverde, and Wimberley.

That's an enormous area to cover.

And honestly, understanding the topography you're dealing with is your very first hurdle.

You could easily drop $100 in an hour.

Easily.

And that's exactly why you need to contrast that model with something like the Bulverde Pumpkin Patch.

They take the complete opposite approach.
