So let's talk about what the fuck is going on with the mifepristone lawsuit at the Supreme Court.

So last week, the Fifth Circuit issued a decision that suspended nationwide a Biden-era rule that allowed mifepristone to be prescribed via telehealth with pills shipped either by mail or picked up at certified pharmacies.

This is in the case out of Louisiana that we've covered extensively on this podcast.
The Fifth Circuit effectively put back in place the requirement that mifepristone be dispensed in person by a clinician.
... just like the good old days of whole women's health in the Obama years.
Remember when the Fifth Circuit would just Fifth Circuit all over the place at the end of the week?
Anyway, almost immediately, attorneys representing the pharmaceutical companies who make and distribute mifepristone filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court.
