And, um, the whole idea, at least in this opening segment this morning, is the power of language.
And it starts out with a question that I had the other day from Rod Cook at What the Frock? As he, Dave, and I were in a text conversation, and Rod wrote a very simple sentence.
The statement is, "That's all I know him by." We have examples of this previously, and I think one that was particularly ef- effective.
And when that has ... subject has no personality or that nickname characteristic is their defining feature, the nickname becomes the personality.
And like humor, there's a little bit of truth, maybe not all, but at least a little bit of truth in everything that's going on.
And I've had nicknames for elected officials and other figures that come in play in our conversation.
Maybe the most effective one, maybe the best example, at least the one that comes to mind for me, is Johnnis Disgustus.
