What are we talking about here? And he says, Charlie, I came to realize that As I've become successful and as I look around and I look at my peers and so forth, I'm like, you know what? There are more people in this world that have over a million dollars over 40 than six-pack abs over 40.
And then after he said that, I couldn't help but look around and realize that He's he's right.
But what I'm saying is that there's a certain level of discipline that you need to have to show up and get those abs.
And at the same time, there is a clear difference in talking to somebody who's fit.
and their clarity of mind than somebody who is overweight and has to sleep, juice themselves up on caffeine in order to function.

it was something astronomical, less than 1% of the population that our millionaires do not have six pack, it blew my mind.

Because in order to be successful and to get to that level, you have to put in the time, you have to be insistent to do the thing.

It's like, if only I could put a fraction of what I've done to my business into my body.

When I do talks, I literally talk about Better body, better business, better bank account, better bedroom.

And when you feel the part, you look the part, you exude the part, and you have this, not necessarily arrogance, but just like, I can take on the world on a different light.

And when you have that inside you, it makes you propel your business, whatever you're doing, to the next level.

And the coolest thing about it is, when you exude that confidence, you look the part, and people start to notice, you become a lighthouse for other people.
