Trump’s Press Ban

He banned CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from being in the White House.

And he said he was doing it because they were unfair to him.

I'm going to get to the unfair part in a second.

The easy part is, Mr.

President, you can't do that.

You just can't.

The freedom of the press says if you allow some people into the White House to report on what's going on in the presidency, You can't keep people out because you don't like what they're saying or how they're reporting.

You just can't do it.

That's the easy part.

But I want to make a point that you're not hearing in the mainstream coverage of this story.

And that is President Trump is right.

CNN and MSNOW, I'm going to leave Politico out because while I read it, I don't read enough to weigh in on it.

But CNN, especially.

And certainly MSNOW, they are unfair to the president.

They're relentlessly negative when they report on the president.

I'm not saying what they say is factually incorrect.

I'm not saying that at all.

I'm saying they weigh their coverage so that they have one person after another, after another bashing Donald Trump.

So he's right.

They are unfair.

And by the way, the reason I think CNN is the worst is because they pretend, unlike MSNOW, they pretend to be a real news organization.

You know, the sanctimony, the sanctimony is suffocating when you listen to them talk about what Donald Trump did.

Not for a second do they say, you know, we are pretty negative about Donald Trump.

We do bring on one Democratic congressman after another to bash the president.

Maybe he's on to something, but he still shouldn't do it.
