At the moment, even though I'm not a Swiftie, I'm watching the Taylor Swift documentary.

And I'm not into her music at all, but I find the world she's created around herself fascinating.

It was a friend who I work with was like, "Watch the documentary because she's remarkable." It's been really interesting watching the journey to The Eras Tour, and how she treats the people around her, and she's very inspirational in that, in that respect, for sure.

I'm on a episode at the moment, and she's got a cold, and I'm like, "Taylor." [laughs] "Oh my God, are you okay?"

So if you've got a cold and you still need to record, actually I have an episode of my podcast-

Um, I would say, unless you absolutely have to, just don't do what you have to do.

You don't need full vocal rest, but just dial down your vocal responsibilities for that day, if it's affecting your voice, that is.

Um, hydration always, so a decent amount of water just regularly all the time anyway.

But if you're feeling a little bit under the weather, a little bit vocally not on par, then just keep your fluids up.
