I, I was interested in that around returns as well, that some of them, the big ones, the ones who've kind of led the way in this, and Paul, I'll get your thoughts on this too, but say the M&S's and Next's who seem to have worked their way around this, um, y- that, that you sort of if you take your returns back into the store, Yogeeta, you get your money back on your card much quicker than, than if you send it back to them and that kind of stuff.

Uh, is, is that the sort of prodding that consumers [laughs] need to ...

Well, I think some people do get a bit, uh, disgruntled when you've returning via post, let's say, and you have to take the charge for that delivery, and if you go to the store, you don't get that charge.

The first thing is it goes without saying with most things, the higher quality that we are putting into our body in terms of food, the higher quality we're going to get our results.

Now, what I mean by that is not necessarily you need to go to Mark Spencer and buy all the organic stuff.

But the food quality in terms of if you're getting shit ready meals, you're just shoving that into your body.

Remember, I remember learning in like 2012, our body is made up of cells.
