Chris CottrellHost
Morgan Twain-PetersonHostSo we did Syrah from Judge Vineyard and then Zinfandel from Mariah Vineyard, which is up on a vineyard up on Mendocino Ridge.
that we finished with Zinfandel, because typically you'd be thinking that we'd be finishing with Cabernet or Syrah or some of those late ripening things, but just a particularly cold site up there on Mendo Ridge, like literally overlooking

We will be releasing at some point, maybe at the same time, a... real deep dive into the 2026 vintage with Jake and Casey.

So fascinating vintage that isn't what you'd expect it to be based on how early it was.
For 2026, definitely a lot of sort of interesting concepts that we have to wrap our head around, like an early year, but also a mild year, which those two things aren't normally coupled with each other.
in the history of like, your life and maybe even your dad's life that those two things have ever.
Particularly when also parlayed with the fact that it was an extremely light crop.
So it's just like it's a really interesting vintage to wrap her head around.
And it's really been the fourth year in a row that we've had mild weather.
And theoretically, we're going into a super El Nino, whatever that means, but should theoretically be another wet winter.
So, you know, taking four or five years of adequate rainfall and mild temperatures in the current global scenario is our wins.
