I mean, I, I think of myself that I've tried a lot, but when I look at the stuff I was, when I was doing like my,

um, to get to know you a little even better, um, I realized the amount of things that you've done and the amount of involvement that you have with brands and other things like that, like that, it's enormous.

What have that taught you? The importance of these devices, the interventions.
several coming out every day how much to my chagrin like half of them showing up at boxes or in boxes at my front door you know yeah like the whole world of uh devices technologies um treatments protocols procedures It's all very interesting, and you are right.
I've done gene therapy and human plasma replacement and blood filtration, plasma filtration, stem cells pretty much everywhere in my body from all sorts of different sources, extracted and stored my own bone marrow cells and fat cells and had those injected all sorts of places and done some...
There's a lot of playing with technology as well, like different forms of red light and red light spectrums from helmets to panels to beds to devices you can wear elsewhere on the body to hyperbaric therapy and exercise with oxygen therapy and intermittent hypoxic therapy.
All these things that, you know, many of them kind of come from the field of disease and disease management and medicine and then kind of like trickled into the realm of biohacking and performance.
But, I mean, the simple answer to your question is I come back over and over again to pretty much the same principles, right? I would say three things that I wish more people who are interested in like the edge, you know, I want to get on a peptide stack, you know, I want to do stem cells, you know, I need to get a red light clinic, you know, membership.
Really like the three main things that I come back to over and over again that I kind of like, live and die by.
And this is beyond like the esoteric, right? Like relationships and faith, et cetera, aside, which are all very important.
from a practical standpoint, number one, exercise trumps like almost everything.
