So first and foremost, I wanna talk about the idea of our beliefs and our self-perception and how this plays a- One of the most crucial roles when it comes to overcoming challenges.

And when we're talking about in the sight of Allah you are priceless and why, you know, this is kind of the starting point and to make sure inshallah this is part of our belief system is again, many of us have pain and blocks in our life because of this missing link where we don't believe that we're priceless in front of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

We don't believe that we ha- necessarily have value or we, or, or we only equate our value to a very limited, um, very limited understanding that only when I do this, this or this, then I have value.

And so inshallah we're gonna try to change some of this narrative for ourselves.

We're gonna try to inshallah empower ourselves with the words of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala from a place of strength where you will start to see your value inshallah in a different light and hopefully, you know, that's going to connect you even deeper to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, right? So that's the heavy, big intention I have for you.

I would really encourage you to use that intention as well because alhamdulillah when you set a powerful intention, you are going to bring about, you're going to invite blessing into alhamdulillah the work that you're doing and this time that we'll spend together.

So Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in the Quran 65:3, and Allah says, "And whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him.

Whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him." Then I wanna share another verse.

So do, do not weaken and do not grieve you, and you will be superior if you are true believers." And all of this is relevant to when it comes, um, to conversation of mindset, right? And that's what alhamdulillah self-perception is, um, and why it plays a really crucial role in co- in overcoming challenges.

So the two verses I just shared, Surah 65:3, "And whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him," and the second ayah, Surah 3:139, "So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are true believers." And then, um, I just want to share this hadith as well where the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "If you believe in Allah, then do not harm His creatures." Okay? So now I'm gonna just give some commentary inshallah about these verses in hadith.

When we rely upon Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, there's a level, um, and we, we all love talking about the concept of the wakil, but when we talk about the idea of relying upon Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, we sometimes just equate to the physical needs, right? Like taking action and then, you know, doing that and relying upon Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

But it all starts here, right, in our hearts and our minds first and more foremost.

And when it comes to challenges, when it comes to the way that we view our life and the circumstances that we have, it's so important to first recognize that it starts with our belief in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

It relies on how your heart truly trusts in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala before even the actions manifest it.

Sometimes we take this as again the literal of like harming other people or harming, you know, other creatures.

But I want you to first read this hadith in the conversation we're having today which is around, um, you know, alhamdulillah honoring ourselves and seeing ourselves as priceless.
