because, I feel like we've got Whittakers in New Zealand, so it's just, it's like not
I think it's just when you've had like, you know, Canadian and US treats, it's just like a very different, it's just sugar forward.
But in terms of the food and cuisine, I think I struggle to kind of identify what is like, you know, quintessential Canadian food.
And then there was a spot there in Koreatown that was delightful because we were really looked after.
In New Zealand, like my only experience is like, here's your plate of things and go forth and cook it yourself.
there you had like an attractive looking young man who went and served you and then it's like great please please please cook some more meat excellent um i love that come back um so that was kind of that experience and then um quebec was different because with the french influence it's still like oh this feels kind of like english but with pastry
um i'm probably not doing it justice um but there was something about that cuisine that i did enjoy it's like quite hearty like they've got their version of a shepherd's pie which is essentially a shepherd's pie but with corn.
