Taylor GandolfiGuestCoreyHostHey, Corey, it's a podcast and we have a podcast guest.
Just like the last podcast, we film this, we record this out of order.
So Corey and I are going to pretend we don't know what just happened.
But I do want to give you a little taste test if you're listening and you think this is just like all the other 5 million podcasts that we've done.
Taylor is a unique perspective when it comes to cookie decorating because she's just under a year.
November will be her one-year anniversary.
But she actually works a day job that utilizes a lot of AI and artificial intelligence.
She's in UX design.
Heather, just explain what UX design is.
It's more of a, you know...
When you go to log into your bank
account, right? And you naturally look to the right side for this and to the left side for a menu and to the top menu for various account stuff.
And you know that your profile has your password settings.
That is UX, user experience.
And when UX is out of whack, you find yourself confused as where things naturally would be.
And when UX is intact, like you said, nobody notices it.
Yeah,
UX design sounds like, oh, we need a big degree for that.
My job would never entail it.
It actually is in every single job.
It's just a different degree.
So you as a bakery business have a UX design that you utilize to make your customers happy, whether it be a follow up email, a form to help them on the form where like I've had Heather move.
It used to be that you had to fill out all the information and then my calendar was at the bottom.
I found that that was frustrating to customers because they filled out all the information, took the time, and then their date was grayed out.
So we moved that to the top.
That is user and generated design.
Yeah, user experience.
So what we have Taylor, who has a day job, and then she uses the cookie business as her side job.
She'll be our interview.
And before we jump into that.
