The trick to getting in? For me, it was really building those relationships with the builders.
For example, one builder that I was on a project for, You know, I really listened and listened to what their needs were and, you know, the needs of me as a real estate agent and the set and the other.
And then, you know, getting a call two years later when he's got another project that he would like to bring you back
So I think it just goes back to building those relationships with everybody and anybody that you encounter.

How do you think the needs are different? How should an agent operate differently when they're supporting a developer?
You're making decisions that are going to benefit the developer, that are going to benefit the project.
If they have representation or don't have representation, but you as a sole agent are reflective of what those developers' needs are.
But also selling the property in a fashion that you're able to talk to the buyers and them still feel comfortable with you and the project as a whole.

Do you feel like, you know, it takes a different level of skill or, you know, have you found it easier on the resale side or?
Is it easier on the resale side? It's different because on the resale side, you're going out and you're prospecting for your clients.
And some people have the misconception that those, you know, those buyers or those customers are just coming through the door.
So you have to go back to, you know, using those same skills that you use in your resale business to sort of help push that along.
