East Cobb

If you don't know where you currently stand in those, that's a huge red flag.

I always like to say if you are at an East Cobb tournament in a WBA tournament in the middle of summer and you go to Chipotle for lunch and you're standing alongside, you know, a couple of SEC and ACC coaches and they recognize you because, you know, you're in full uni and they ask you, hey, what's your last name? What are some of your numbers? And you respond with numbers.

What do you mean by that? That's not going to make you look good.

It's just going to break down.

So when, you know, I have a, one of my best friends, Dominic Nuselli, we were, we spent a lot of time at East Cobb.

And this summer we had a, I don't know, we had a game break in between games or whatever, and I couldn't find him.

And I texted him and he's like, I'm at the Mark Pro booth.

So I can't say the name because he doesn't want you to, but he was drafted first round, I think three years ago.

I had met him and his dad at East Cobb of all places like four years ago.

Sure.

I don't know what the rules are there of why they can do it.

Because like I said in my post, you never hear about a kid from East Cobb or a kid from Texas or a kid from California or a kid from North Carolina doing a pre-agreement at 12 years old for Major League Baseball.

And maybe I'm wrong.

Maybe there has been.

We started off with a couple of great athletes from Georgia.

Who was your first? Who was your first athlete? I'd say that two of the first that were on the national scene were Cooper Uden and Tripp Gill.

And right around that time, The East Cobb Astros had won Beast of the East, and we had already partnered with them.

So we had that partnership going on, and they were doing big things and winning big tournaments.

If I'm going to do music, she's a nurse, so I've got to go where she can go and she can go where the family is so the family can watch their kids so she can work and he can do music.

We had a similar, so my wife is from East Cobb, which is also Marietta.

Oh, okay.

And that's what actually put us to over here was moving closer to her family.

They're looking at Alpharetta.

They're competing in East Cobb and North Cobb.

They're competing in areas where Republicans have long dominated.

And Tia, one of the big changes I've seen too is just they've got solid candidates for the first time in, well, they've had solid candidates the last few cycles, but not so long ago, Even in areas like the inner suburbs, where there was Republicans who were very vulnerable, there were not even a poor candidate.
