And so when I had to get up there and do it, That was a real wake-up call.

Going to Courage to Ask, I knew how it works, but what I didn't realize was that that first night, I'm flying from Phoenix to Atlanta, long trip, then the drive to Serenbe, and I'm exhausted, I'm hungry, and it's, all right, let's get on our feet and start going.

I mean, it's a great feeling.

And once you start doing it, it's fantastic.

It has been a while now since we met at that biophilic conference in Serenbe.

How are you

doing? Right.

And we've been taking a bit of a pause on that, but it's still continuing, I think, about every other year now.

But it was great to have you there that year.

Yeah, and what a great place to have it in a beautiful setting like Serenbe.

Right.

Yeah, it was about, they were four months old because it was Halloween time.

We were down in Serenbe and we were just walking around with the prams and And I was calling out to Hal and him and my friend's husband were talking and they were just like in their own world, not listening.

I needed help with something, whether it was getting something out of the car or something with trip.

I can't remember.

I got to do some more saddle time.

I had a work trip in Serenbe and got to do Dirty Sheets, some Cochran Mills, and Serenbe Ramble.

It was a pretty big ride.

It was like 45 miles like 3,200 feet of climbing.

But to finish off on that trip, I didn't have much time to ride there.

We, I was there for like four days and had work meetings all day.

So on the way out, I did a quick ride and, just at Serenbe, and I finally did the new trails around Indian Rock that Brett's been telling me about with North Georgia Mountain Bike Association.

It used to be MTB Atlanta.

the agrihood that I featured in the piece is called Serenbe And it's right outside Atlanta, and its founder recently claimed that none of the kids living at Sandby have asthma because they live this, like, non-toxic lifestyle.

And maybe, maybe none of them do have asthma.

That's kinda interesting.

Yeah, I wonder if they're down in this area.

It's like, there, there's a lot of actors, like, in Serenbe, and Peachtree, and Fayetteville, and-
